Southern Foodways Alliance Symposium Talk: “Cuisine Without Borders”

Southern Foodways Alliance Symposium Talk: “Cuisine Without Borders”

I presented this talk on October 20, 2023 at the annual symposium of The Southern Foodways Alliance.

I spoke about The Art of Texas Mexican cooking and its impact on memory, identity and community. I also shared views about “Cultural Poachers.”
It’s 20 minutes and follows a 12-minute introduction.  Please send me any comments you may have.

Un arte que ojalá no muera.I have no connection or relation to these videos but they show comida casera en el rancho.
    Atentamente,
    Pat
