Adan, a while back you posted the recipe for frijoles revueltos which you were careful to not agree that these were “refried.” In looking for it this morning, I had a very enjoyable review of the recipes that I did save, but didn’t find that one.

Would it be possible for you to direct me to it, maybe on a website of yours? I think it might be time, also, to buy your book. Thank you for such interesting reading,

There are many good products there, and I'd select one from Spain, if possible. Good luck and let me know how this dish turns out for you.
