No tomato no onion just fresh corn baby summer squash fresh chile jalapeñonor pueblo or any that suits you…i use chicken or veg stock finish with some butter melted in right before serving. A little melted cheese mozzarella provolone or your favorite adds a little more body. How’s great with fresh beans and rice.
