Both served with Mexican rice, guacamole and corn tortillas. What I don’t like is mole that the chicken is added after. For me, be it chicken or pork they must be cooked with the mole. My family also likes to make enchiladas (chicken or cheese) and pour the mole on top. Gotta go and make enchiladas de pollo con mole.
