Albóndigas are the meatballs, in fact albóndigas is an Arabic word that means round thing. People in Nuevo León no longer celebrate such religious celebrations as the state becomes more wealthy and industrialized. But in conservative regions in central Mexico, there are people who still eat tortitas de camarón and capirotada, although not the original capirotada, because the modern version of capirotada is diabetes on a plate jajajajaj.
