I am so glad to see you live in San Antonio now. We live in Arlington, North Texas now, but San Antonio is our home…I miss it, and the FOOD! I have our 58th year high school reunion next weekend so we will be going. Our favorite Mexican restaurant is Los Barrios (original location on Blanco) and never miss a trip without eating there. Our Friday night HS get-together dinner will be at the La Hacienda location, so we might be dining at both during our stay, lol!

One of my high school buds married one of the Trevino boys, and during reunion times, our girly “gang” always used to met up for lunch at the original Los Barrios. As we are getting older now, it seems I will be the only one of us attending this year, but I have loads of fond memories and photos to keep me happy.

I hope you are enjoying your new life in SA, taking in all the richness the city has to offer. And what a delightful garden you have! Keep up the excellent work. (PS – With your influence, I grew Guajillos last year, lol!)
