Thanks for sharing your blog. I enjoyed agua frescas for the first time at the parish kermes a few weeks ago. I enjoyed watching a team of parishioners make HUGE batches to keep the crowd satisfied while I sold raffle tickets at the next table. It was a labor of love — a lot of work to make the frescas for hundreds of people all day long!
